These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talksaar ("Service", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Talksaar.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed immediately.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not impersonate others, harass, exploit, or engage in illegal activities.
• You may not share or promote sexually explicit, abusive, or harmful content.
• Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

3. Purchases & Virtual Coins

• Talksaar offers subscriptions and virtual coins for enhanced features.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
• Virtual coins have no monetary value outside the Service.
• We may change prices, packages, or features without prior notice.
• If you delete your account, any unused coins or credits will be permanently lost and cannot be restored.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Once deleted:

• Your profile, chats, and content will be permanently removed.
• Unused coins and credits will not be refunded or recoverable.
• We may retain minimal backup or legal compliance data for a limited period.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• By posting, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content within the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or legal requirements.

6. Safety & Child Protection

• We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Reports of underage use or illegal activity will be investigated and reported to authorities.
• We provide reporting tools for harmful behavior and take immediate action where necessary.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or put others at risk. Termination may result in the permanent loss of your account, coins, and content.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
• We are not responsible for damages, losses, or disputes arising from use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
